1. General Terms

3. Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, bd3455 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any outstanding balances, including bonuses.

3.2 When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bd3455 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bd3455 immediately via the 24/7 live support channel. bd3455 will suspend the account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.

3.5 bd3455 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), source of funds declaration, or proof of payment method ownership. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3.6 Account registration and maintenance on bd3455 is provided free of charge. bd3455 does not levy account management fees. Standard transactional fees applied by payment service providers (e.g., bKash, Nagad) are the responsibility of the player where applicable, though bd3455 aims to absorb standard processing fees wherever commercially feasible.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. bd3455 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party payment source, the funds will be returned to the source and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes to bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals via Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer may take up to 24 hours. USDT withdrawals are processed within one (1) hour. These timeframes are targets and are subject to delays during peak periods or where additional verification is required.

4.4 The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. The maximum single withdrawal is ৳200,000 per transaction. 5. Bonus & Promotions

5.2 Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. The wagering requirement must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account, failing which the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on eligible games and markets as specified in the individual promotional terms. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer table games, progressive jackpot slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all to the wagering requirement. 5.5 Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the specified game only and must be used within the validity period stated. Any winnings generated from free spins will be credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement. Free spin winnings have a maximum cashout cap of ৳5,000 unless stated otherwise in the promotional terms.

6. User Obligations
